I have a 1999 Ford F250 7.3Lt  Manual transmission with the NP21 transfer case.Question:  I am having a hard time diagnosing a problem with my NP271 transfer case. It is a manual transfer case. If I am moving, it will not engage the 4wd. All it does is grinds. If I am stopped, it will engage just fine. This is all coasting when moving and not putting power to drivetrain.  Can you diagnose the problem?
