I have a Chevrolet 1972 3/4 ton 4WD

Question:  I am swapping a 2003 8.1L and a 4L85E into this vehicle.  The truck has a good NP205 transfer case with passenger side drop.  Can I adapt the NP205 to the 4L85E or is it easier to find a new transfer case.  What case would work?Answer:The TH350 NP205 will not adapt. we would suggest an aluminum case NP241 RH drop with mechanical speedoWe can supply a re-manufactured unit for $900 outright (no core required) plus freight and this will bolt to the 4L85E.  This unit will have a 12 month no hassle warranty.  You can see the transfer cases and transfer case parts we offer on our site.
