Explorer 1997 BW4405 Transfer Case

I have a 1997 Ford Explorer 4.0L 4WDQuestion:   I have some transfer case issues with my trick. I have a BW 4405 which started to make the grinding noise when foot is lifted off the accelerator over 50mph, the nose stops under 50mph or when the rpm is above 1500rpm ish I have removed the transfer case and found 2 of the balls on the electromagnetic clutch have shattered also the White plastic thrust washer is also mis-shapen and requires to be replaced Can you supply these parts and gaskets to the UK and also if there is anything you feel I should get or advice that would be appreciated.Answer:   You may need the following parts:We can supply the 3 balls $2.00 eachNylon isolator washer $5.00 plus shipping and handling. There are a couple other things that may be the problem with the BW4405 if you were having disengagement issues..The shim between the rear case ant the back of the rear output bearing. The shift ca will be worn on the top of the slot all the way at the bottom, if that’s the case you will need the following parts:
